With just a few months to go before summer, the French tourism industry is already preparing for the saison 2026.

The French group Go&Live, a major player in youth tourism with brands such as Nacel, Club Langues and Civilisations (CLC) or American Village, announced the launch of a recruitment campaign aimed at filling 2,500 seasonal positions.

These roles cover a variety of profiles: directors and deputy directors of holiday camps (300 positions), animators and health assistants (1,020 positions), supervisors of language stays (600 positions), sports instructors and technical directors (350 positions), English teachers (180 positions) or transfer and logistics staff (50 positions).

The missions extend from several weeks to several months depending on the programs, mainly during the summer period, but also during school holidays and, for some pedagogical positions, year-round.

1,400 jobs are offered in France and 1,100 abroad, in Europe, Scandinavia, the United States, Australia, Asia and South America.

A Massive Recruitment Campaign

To ensure safety and pedagogical quality, Go&Live requires appropriate qualifications: BAFA and PSC1 for animators and health assistants, BAFD for managerial roles, BPJEPS or equivalent diplomas for sports positions, CAPES or Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees for English teachers.

Beyond the diplomas, the group is looking for candidates who demonstrate commitment, a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and a desire to accompany young people in formative experiences.

For 2026, our mission remains unchanged: to offer young people experiences that help them grow, advance, and open up to the world. This recruitment campaign reflects our determination to continue our development while maintaining a high level of pedagogical and safety standards“, emphasizes Xavier Obert, president of Go&Live.

He also recalls the importance of these opportunities for young people seeking their first professional experience: “Providing a first supervised, responsibility-empowering, and valorizable experience is, for us, an essential mission“.

Interested candidates can consult and apply to the openings on the official Go&Live site.
