The Spanish chain has just reopened the Riu Palace Aruba, in Palm Beach, after a complete renovation of its facilities.
The property, which is part of the Riu Palace range, underwent modernization of its public areas and accommodations.
The lobby preserves the brand codes, while incorporating more light, natural materials and a contemporary design.

31 Rooms with Private Pools
All the rooms have been renovated in a palette of light tones and natural materials. The accommodations with the best sea views are now integrated into the Elite Club, RIU’s premium adults-only service.
In total, 31 Elite Club rooms feature a private pool. Guests benefiting from this service also have access to an exclusive restaurant as well as a sun deck with bar service directly on the beachfront.
This renovation aligns with the group’s aim to strengthen its positioning in the premium segment, notably through upgrading the services and experiences offered.

A Completely Redesigned Dining Offering
Dining is also among the main axes of transformation for the Riu Palace Aruba. RIU states that it has revised the menus, product selections and culinary techniques offered at the various restaurants of the property.
The hotel now offers several dining concepts: the Steakhouse, the main Don Nicolás restaurant and its international buffet, the fusion Krystal restaurant, the Asian Sayuri and the Italian Milano. Two additional casual dining spaces complete the lineup with Pepe’s Food and Tiki Taco.
The bar offering has also been renewed, with notably the lobby bar Daiquiri, Cappuchino, now featuring an ice-cream area, Barry’s Plaza Bar, the Palm Beach pool bar and the climate-controlled American Country Sports Bar.

An Offering That Remains Family-Friendly
Despite the development of an adults-only service, the Riu Palace Aruba maintains a positioning that targets families. The property notably offers an activity program for different age groups as well as the RIU Land kids club.
Adults can also access the Riu Parties held every Friday at the neighboring hotel, the Riu Palace Antillas.
