After three days of meetings, conferences, and announcements, IFTM Top Resa closed its doors this Thursday, September 17, marking the end of its 48th edition at Paris Porte de Versailles.
The final day, quieter in terms of announcements, allowed professionals to continue their meetings and to discover the different spaces of the show, notably the Tech Zone and the second edition of the area dedicated to Sustainable Destinations, which once again attracted visitors.
A few hours before closing, Marie Allantaz, editorial director and head of strategic management at IFTM, returned to the early lessons of this edition.
She particularly highlights the momentum of the show and the mobilization of professionals, after three days devoted to the issues and transformations of the tourism sector.

Mexico to be the featured country in 2027
After Uzbekistan in 2026, IFTM also revealed the destination that will be highlighted at its next edition: Mexico.
The announcement comes as 2027 marks the bicentennial of diplomatic relations between France and Mexico.
The destination aims to take advantage of this spotlight to strengthen its relations with French and European professionals.
The next edition of IFTM will take place from 5 to 7 October 2027, at Paris Porte de Versailles.

The afternoon was marked by the finals of the Travel Agents Cup Junior and the Travel Agents Cup.
Among students, Axelle Garcia (ISTHIA Toulouse) wins the ninth edition of the Junior, ahead of Julien Gleizes (IFC Montpellier) and Thalia Renoud (ISTHIA Toulouse), while Isaline Monnier (IMS Nantes) takes the Audience Favorite Award.
Among professionals, Amandine Mottola (Bleu Voyages Mougins) is crowned “Best Travel Agent in France 2026,” ahead of Rémi Roussel (Voyages Couture Marseille) and Vincent Signoret (Verdié Voyages Pau). The Audience Favorite Award goes to Gabin Blin-Le Tanter (Carrefour Voyages Angers Grand Maine).
