The corporate events sector is continuing its digital transformation.

With Event Intelligence, Rejolt aims to go beyond venue and supplier search tools by automating a portion of the operations that occur throughout the organization of an event.

The platform is aimed particularly at marketing, communications, purchasing and finance teams. It covers several stages of the process: sourcing, bookings, validations, negotiations, participant management, payments and VAT recovery.

The organizer describes their project and the platform structures the request thanks to its Event Composer. Its Smart Sourcing module then formulates contextualized recommendations.

Once the providers are selected, the agents [IA]rlblank:https://www.tourmag.com/tags/intelligence+artificielle/ can intervene on various operational tasks: supplier activation, preparation of validations, follow-ups or checks of the company’s purchasing rules.

The objective is to reduce repetitive operations while leaving the arbitrations to the organizers.

From Team Building to International Incentives

Event Intelligence can be used for various formats, from catering orders to team building, up to international incentives.

For companies, Rejolt also highlights the centralization of payments and a real-time consolidated view of event expenses. The platform should thus help better apply purchasing rules and internal processes from one event to another.

For providers and participants, the company also promises a smoother circulation of information up to the day of the event.

Security and Data Governance

Rejolt finally places its solution on the issues of security, traceability and compliance, especially important for large accounts.

Event Intelligence is designed and hosted in France. The actions carried out or prepared by the agents remain framed by the company’s rules and the validation levels defined by the users.
