Voyage de Rêve changes address.

The Alsatian agency, which had been located up to now in Saint-Crépin, on the outskirts of Colmar, has just opened a new space at 1 rue de l’Église in Neuf-Brisach.

A move that serves several objectives for its founder: to get closer to its customers, strengthen its visibility and win over a new customer base.

“We had a substantial clientele that came from this area. We moved closer to that clientele, and, in addition, we filled a gap“, explains Régis Heitzler, founder of Voyage de Rêve.

Located about ten kilometers from the former agency, Neuf-Brisach mainly offers the advantage of being near the Rhine and the German border.

A strategic location for the agency, which benefits from an accreditation allowing it to market the products of several German tour operators.

Voyage de Rêve: a strategic foothold at the German border

The proximity to Germany is indeed a feature of the new point of sale. According to the manager, the products offered by German tour operators can be 10 to 15% cheaper than their French counterparts on certain packages.

“Instinctively, I would immediately propose a German tour operator to you“, explains him, citing several players in the German market.

Voyage de Rêve thus markets departures from different regional airports, notably Basel-Mulhouse, Zurich and Frankfurt, depending on products and client needs.

But the choice of Neuf-Brisach also answers a visibility challenge. The old agency was located in an industrial zone, “between two construction companies“, with limited visibility to the general public.

The new installation, at the heart of a more commercial environment, should allow Voyage de Rêve to strengthen its local presence.

Steady activity despite a tougher environment

On the commercial front, the manager also expresses satisfaction with the agency’s situation. After a quieter period linked notably to geopolitical uncertainties, sales are picking up.

For July and August 2026, Voyage de Rêve records sales at only 3% below the level seen during the same period in 2025. A performance deemed satisfactory by the manager, especially since 2025 had been a record year for the agency.

“2025 was a record year. So minus 3% compared to that year, that remains very good. I am very satisfied“, emphasizes Régis Heitzler.

This trend also confirms the relevance of the positioning developed by the agency around advice and personalization.

Voyage de Rêve aims to develop corporate travel

The next step in development will, however, take place on a new field: corporate travel.

Voyage de Rêve is currently working with a specialized consultant to build an offering for companies in the region. The concept will combine travel, seminars, training and team-building activities.

“We will propose to the companies in the region trips in team-building mode“, explains the manager. The objective will notably be to offer stays including half-day training sessions, group challenges and support aimed at improving the teams’ commercial performance.

The project is currently under construction, with a launch planned for 2027.
