Pegasus Trains strengthens its management team. The rail charter specialist announces the appointment of Bénédicte Richer to the position of Director of Marketing, Sales & Key Accounts, effective from September 1, 2026.
This appointment follows a first season on the Paris–Alps route and comes as the company aims to accelerate the development of its rail offerings for tourism professionals, destinations, major accounts and the events sector.

Over 30 years of expertise in rail and tourism
With more than thirty years of experience in rail, tourism, and business development, Bénédicte Richer will notably lead Pegasus Trains’ marketing and B2B commercial strategy.
She will also be responsible for developing relationships with major accounts and strategic partners, while supporting the commercialization of the company’s various offerings.
Her background includes leadership roles at Deutsche Bahn France, Thello and the German National Tourism Office. She has also undertaken a mission within the German Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs focusing on tourism promotion, rail connectivity and intermodality.

The company is working on new seasonal links and rail experiences in France and Europe, after a first season on the Paris–Alps axis.
Founded in 2024, Pegasus Trains designs rail tourism solutions for tour operators, destinations, businesses and event organizers. Its offering includes Night Journeys, Day Cruises and bespoke trains.
The new Director of Marketing, Sales & Key Accounts will make her first public appearance in the new role at IFTM Top Resa, which will be held from September 15 to 17, 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
For the first time, Pegasus Trains will participate in the show as an exhibitor. The company will be present at the Village des Initiatives Durables, at the stand X052R.
