The Radisson Blu Medlock Hotel, Manchester, opens its doors on September 7, 2026, at the Etihad Campus.

Developed by Manchester City Football Club in partnership with Radisson Hotel Group, the property has 401 rooms and aims to bolster the city’s hotel offering around major sporting, cultural, and professional events.

Located in close proximity to the Etihad Stadium and Co-op Live, the hotel also has direct access to the Metrolink.

Downtown Manchester is reachable in about ten minutes by tram, while the airport is roughly a 20-minute drive away.

The property offers several room and suite categories, including “Pitch View Rooms” overlooking the stadium and capable of being converted into hospitality spaces on match days.

The offering also includes a 153 m² penthouse spread over two levels, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private 25 m² terrace.

On the dining side, the Radisson Blu Medlock Hotel is home to the Three Rivers Brasserie & Bar, the Blend Café Bar, and the Little Beast Restaurant.

Other spaces are set to open in the fall, including Brickworks Market Hall and Zadie’s Sky Bar, offering pan-Asian dining and views of the Etihad Campus.

The hotel also features a 24-hour fitness room.

The opening comes as the Medlock Square development is set to continue with the announced arrival of restaurants, bars and cafes, but also new attractions linked to Manchester City, including an immersive museum, a tour on the stadium roof, a zip line, and a 3,000-seat indoor event space.

The Radisson Blu Medlock Hotel thus becomes the first completed property of the Medlock Square project, which aims to bring together lodging, dining, leisure, and events around the Etihad Campus.
