MMV ventures into a new segment with Daffy, its first lifestyle hotel brand.

The first property will open in December 2026 in Briançon, inside a renovated former barracks. Inspired by the 1990s and the world of sport, the hotel will offer 51 rooms and 33 apartments and will operate year-round.

The establishment will notably feature a restaurant, La Cantine, spanning 600 m² with 150 seats, complemented by a 50-seat terrace.

Lunch options will start at €19. The Buvette will serve as the evening living space, while three meeting rooms can host up to 150 participants, with offerings aimed especially at conferences, incentives and team building.

Located in the heart of Briançon, Daffy will be accessible from the Prorel cable car in eight minutes on foot or by shuttle.

Three new Terrésens residences

Commercialized exclusively by MMV since 2024, the premium Terrésens residences will rise from 11 to 14 addresses this winter with three new sites: Les Balcons de Juliette in Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, La Perle d’Alba in L’Alpe d’Huez and Le Caprice Blanc in La Toussuire.

These residences target clients seeking upscale accommodation, with apartments that can reach 250 to 300 m² and accommodate up to 12 people.

The properties also offer services such as concierge, heated ski lockers, parking and wellness spaces.

This diversification supports MMV’s growth, which now counts 21 Villages and Residence Clubs in 16 resorts. For winter 2027, the group plans to market more than 15,000 beds in the French Alps under the MMV and Terrésens brands.

MMV continues to expand its existing network as well. The group notably announces the reopening of Plagne 2000 following renovations to part of its rooms, as well as a renewed entertainment offer featuring live concerts and Comedy Clubs.
