The hotel booking platform Hcorpo is deploying a new suite of tools integrating language models to meet the constraints of finance departments, purchasers and business travelers.

This technological evolution revolves around three major levers designed to simplify access to data, optimize costs and automate compliance with travel policies within organizations.

Salomé Mogier, Chief Commercial Officer of Hcorpo, notes: “Artificial intelligence is becoming a new interface between employees and the company’s systems.

Business travel will naturally follow this evolution. But AI does not replace the expertise of Travel Managers, buyers or finance departments. It enables them to access the right information instantly and make better decisions.”

H-SmartPay et l’analyse décisionnelle pour automatiser la gestion financière et les achats

The first innovation, named H-SmartPay, automates the selection of the financial model at the moment of booking.

By analyzing the country, the reporting entity, tax rules and VAT recovery objectives, the solution applies in real time the most suitable scenario (Merchant Model, VAT Recovery or the standard regime) within a single environment, thus avoiding manual parameterization and the multiplication of accounts.

At the same time, Hcorpo integrates a decision intelligence tool that allows Travel Managers and buyers to query their expense databases directly in natural language.

The system is capable of generating analyses, savings simulations, recommendations for bids (RFPs) or comparative charts without requiring complex analytical skills or the use of traditional dashboards.

La réservation conversationnelle directement intégrée aux LLM d’entreprise

The third feature introduces hotel booking within the AI environments already used by employees, such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.

Travelers can thus express their travel needs as natural-language queries, such as searching for a property that meets specific location and service criteria.

The AI agent interrogates the Hcorpo ecosystem to select compliant offers, automatically applying price ceilings, company-negotiated contracts, user preferences and internal validation workflows.

This setup guarantees compliance with the travel policy while simplifying the booking journey for the employee.
