easyJet announces the opening of two new routes, bringing the total number of destinations served from La Rochelle to seven.
Operated in both directions, they will strengthen exchanges between the Atlantic coastline, the Côte d’Azur, and the south of England.
The La Rochelle–Nice route will be launched on 9 April 2027, with two weekly flights, on Mondays and Fridays. The journey will last about 1h35, with fares starting at 45 euros one-way per person, subject to availability.
The Southampton link will begin on 29 May 2027, with flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The direct journey will last about 1h20, with fares starting at 50 euros one-way per person, subject to availability.

easyJet strengthens its regional network
With Southampton, easyJet expands its UK offering from La Rochelle, where it already serves Bristol, London Gatwick and Manchester.
This new connection will notably enable access to the south of England, including Winchester, the New Forest, and the Isle of Wight.
On the other hand, the Nice route strengthens the airline’s domestic network from La Rochelle. It will allow direct access to the Côte d’Azur, without passing through Paris, for both leisure travel and business trips.
“These two new La Rochelle-origin routes reflect our belief that regional connectivity is a key lever of attractiveness and economic development for the territories“, says Reginald Otten, EasyJet’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer for France.
