La plateforme spécialisée dans la location de maisons d’exception avec services de conciergerie annonce la nomination d’Olivier Grémillon au poste de Chairman (président du conseil d’administration).
Déjà senior advisor et membre du conseil d’administration depuis 2024, l’ancien dirigeant d’Airbnb, Booking.com et Vivino aura pour mission d’accompagner la nouvelle phase de développement international et de rentabilité de l’entreprise.
Cette nomination intervient alors que Le Collectionist entend accélérer sa croissance après une levée de fonds de 60 millions d’euros en Série B.
Fondée en 2014, la société revendique aujourd’hui une position de leader européen sur le marché de la location de maisons de prestige.
Son portefeuille comprend plus de 2 000 propriétés réparties dans une cinquantaine de destinations, principalement en Europe du Sud et dans les Alpes.
L’entreprise s’appuie sur un réseau de 10 bureaux et près de 400 collaborateurs. Elle indique avoir accompagné plus de 110 000 voyageurs et affiche un volume d’affaires de 170 millions d’euros. Le Collectionist souligne également figurer, pour la septième année consécutive, parmi les meilleures entreprises de voyage au monde selon Condé Nast Traveller.

Graduated from ESSEC and Harvard Business School, Olivier Grémillon brings a strong track record in the travel industry.
He notably served as CEO of Airbnb France, then for the EMEA region, before joining Booking.com as global vice president in charge of Homes and Hotel Chains. More recently, he led the wine-focused platform Vivino.
In the role of chair of the board of directors, he will work alongside Max Aniort, cofounder and CEO of Le Collectionist, as well as the executive committee. His remit will include strategic steering of the company, improving operational performance, and supporting international expansion.
