Perk announces the launch of its MCP (Model Context Protocol) server enabling clients to interact with its services directly from AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude.
Available to Perk’s more than 12,000 client enterprises, this integration goes beyond simply looking up information.
The MCP becomes a true action tool, notably allowing users to book and manage business travel, file expense reports, or coordinate team events from a conversational assistant.

From research to booking
In practical terms, travelers can carry out a variety of actions by simply asking their AI assistant to help.
It becomes possible to search for a flight, cancel a hotel reservation, attach receipts to a trip, or check upcoming events.
Managers and administrative teams also gain access to specialized features. They can review their teams’ trips, approve certain expense claims, or flag expenditures that breach the company policy.
Finance teams can, for their part, request travel and expense reporting, including the option to export selected data as CSV.

Integrated Entry Requirements

The solution enables verifying the entry conditions applicable in the destination country and purchasing eVisas and ETAs when needed. Perk presents this integration as a first in the travel and expense management platform space.
The aim is to consolidate more steps of business travel within a single journey, without forcing the user to leave their AI assistant.
The operations performed through the MCP remain integrated with the company’s approval workflows. Managers can thus review and process requests according to the rules and permissions already defined on the platform.
After ChatGPT and Claude, Perk plans to extend this approach to Slack starting in September 2026. The Perk Agent will give users access to the same tools directly from professional messaging, without needing to set up a separate AI assistant.
According to Perk, this integration will preserve the same authentication and permission mechanisms already applied on its platform.
