Visit Azores is on a mission to promote the Azores as a nature-oriented travel destination focused on experiential travel, and to grow the volume/number of stays across all the Azores islands, as well as the revenue of all players in the sector.
Since 1941, the SATA group has been involved in air transport, tourism promotion, airport management, and ground handling services for all airlines landing on the Azorean soil. Its fleet is divided between SATA Air Açores (SP) and SATA Azores Airlines (S4), which operate flights to continental Portugal and the islands, Europe, the Cape Verde, the United States and Canada, with a network that combines codeshare and interline agreements.
Its mission: Connect the Azores to the rest of the World and the World to the Azores.
