Accor et EXTENDAM ont signé un accord portant sur l’ouverture d’un hôtel TRIBE de 209 chambres en 2028, au sein du projet urbain Python-Duvernois.
L’hôtel s’intégrera dans un programme mixte bas carbone de plus de 100 000 m² comprenant logements, bureaux, commerces, équipements publics modernisés ainsi qu’un parc de 3,3 hectares.
Le projet se développera à proximité de l’actuel centre sportif Louis Lumière, où une « Cité des Sports » de 10 000 m² est également prévue.

A hotel integrated into a low-carbon urban project
The future establishment is planned with a low-carbon design incorporating notably the use of local materials, reversible spaces, and a connection to the urban heating network.
The project also includes a green roof and developments intended to promote biodiversity.
It aims for BREEAM Excellent certification, with measures implemented to reduce the building’s environmental footprint.

A 209-room establishment under the TRIBE brand
The upcoming hotel will offer several common areas, a dining option, coworking spaces, a fitness area, and a meeting room.
It also plans an accommodation solution intended for healthcare professionals, for caregivers, and for patients of nearby hospitals.
Led by EXTENDAM alongside Banque des Territoires, Étoile du Nord Foncière, Caisse d’Épargne Normandie Immobilier Durable and Banque Populaire Val de France, the project is the subject of a VEFA agreement with Linkcity (Bouygues Group).
This future hotel will constitute the fourth establishment under the TRIBE brand developed by EXTENDAM.
