Tanzania Specialist: A Meticulously Planned African Adventure

A Local Presence That Changes Everything

Tanzania Specialist does not improvise. Unlike agencies that pilot their circuits from Europe, the company operates from Tanzania itself, with its own guides, its own vehicles and consultants on site daily. This proximity changes the game: itineraries adjusted in real time, detailed knowledge of tracks, parks and the best windows for wildlife observation.

The fleet is owned outright by the agency, guaranteeing meticulous maintenance and immediate availability. Better still, backup vehicles are positioned inside national parks: in case of a breakdown, a replacement can be organized without delay and never jeopardizing the trip schedule.

On the human-support side, the French-speaking guides know every corner of the territory, from the habits of the big felines to the administrative nuances of protected areas. This mastery of the terrain enables quick responses to weather surprises, a closed track, or a rare observation opportunity.

The result: a responsive service, with a guaranteed 24-hour response by email or WhatsApp, and above all travelers who fully enjoy their safari without ever having to worry about logistics. It is this complete mastery of the chain, from the vehicle to the guide, that distinctly sets Tanzania Specialist apart in the long run.

The Free Hakuna Matata Service: Travel Without Complications

Organizing a safari is no longer limited to booking a circuit on-site. With the Hakuna Matata packages, Tanzania Specialist now offers to manage international flights as well: travelers can book the entirety of their journey, from departure to return, with a single point of contact.

Before departure, each client receives a personalized travel guide: practical information, a detailed itinerary, day-by-day planning, health and safety recommendations. A trip can begin with peace of mind, without any blind spots in the flow of the stay.

The transfer begins upon arrival at the airport and continues through to the last day, with no gaps or intermediaries for the traveler to manage personally. To simplify planning, payments can now be spread out: a deposit of only 25% suffices to confirm the reservation, with the balance settled later.

Once on site, a mobile app centralizes everything: an updated itinerary, optional activities to select and book with a few clicks, an emergency number accessible at all times. The traveler thus retains control of their program while benefiting from a permanent safety net.

This holistic approach, designed to remove every logistical obstacle, reflects a simple conviction: a great journey begins long before boarding and continues long after landing.

Beyond Tanzania: the Birth of Africa Safari Trips

Tanzania Specialist no longer intends to stop at Tanzanian borders. In 2022 the agency opened a sister structure in Kenya, Africa Safari Trips, with the ambition of gradually covering the entire continent. After Kenya and Uganda, South Africa and Botswana joined the offering; Namibia will follow in September 2026, as well as new destinations to come!

This expansion does not replace Tanzanian expertise; it extends it. The two entities are meant to collaborate closely, sharing their networks of guides, vehicles and hotel partners to offer itineraries that span several countries. In the long term, Tanzania Specialist should fully integrate with Africa Safari Trips, an entity designed to accompany travelers across the entire African continent.

The goal remains the same as when the company was founded in 2017: to offer a real local presence, far from agencies that run their circuits from a European office without knowing the terrain. Each new destination opens under the same requirements: on-site teams, experienced guides, intimate knowledge of parks and seasons.

For French-speaking travelers seeking an authentic safari, this pan-African growth opens up unprecedented possibilities, without ever sacrificing the service quality that has earned the brand its reputation.

Between field expertise, comprehensive support and pan-African ambition, Tanzania Specialist confirms its initial promise: to make Africa accessible without ever simplifying its richness. One thing is certain: the adventure is only just beginning.

A hotel integrated into a low-carbon urban project

The future establishment is planned with a low-carbon design incorporating notably the use of local materials, reversible spaces, and a connection to the urban heating network.

The project also includes a green roof and developments intended to promote biodiversity.

It aims for BREEAM Excellent certification, with measures implemented to reduce the building’s environmental footprint.

A 209-room establishment under the TRIBE brand

The upcoming hotel will offer several common areas, a dining option, coworking spaces, a fitness area, and a meeting room.

It also plans an accommodation solution intended for healthcare professionals, for caregivers, and for patients of nearby hospitals.

Led by EXTENDAM alongside Banque des Territoires, Étoile du Nord Foncière, Caisse d’Épargne Normandie Immobilier Durable and Banque Populaire Val de France, the project is the subject of a VEFA agreement with Linkcity (Bouygues Group).

This future hotel will constitute the fourth establishment under the TRIBE brand developed by EXTENDAM.
