Ordering meals once aboard remains possible, but selections may be more limited.

Cash payments are not accepted during the journey; all charges for beverages and meals are payable only by card, with the onboard staff delivering service to each passenger’s seat.

For travelers seeking a fully integrated package, the Excellence Class offers a different approach. In this premium car, the complete culinary service is included directly in the seat reservation fee, removing the need to plan meals in advance.

Upon boarding, guests are greeted with an appetizer plate and a glass of champagne. Throughout the journey, a five-course menu is served, pairing the dishes with regionally produced wines for a comprehensive discovery of local specialties. The wines chosen to accompany each of the five courses are included in the package.

This travel class also provides exclusive access to the Glacier Bar. This space allows passengers to order a selection of cocktails and a variety of beverages, with or without alcohol, to enjoy at the bar and change their perspective during the day. Beverages ordered at the Glacier Bar, including cocktails, are not included in the trip price and are billed separately.
