A few weeks after unveiling the project at the Convenc’Tour of the CEDIV, FRAM unveils a new tool for travel agencies.

The tour operator announces the launch of Selfcare, a new tool integrated into its BtoB FRAMPRO platform, designed to simplify the management of flight cancellations.

This feature addresses a recurring issue driven by the rising disruptions in air travel, which heavily involve travel agencies and the teams of tour operators.

In a first phase, the tool concerns Stay (holidays) files

Specifically, Selfcare enables agencies to receive cancellations communicated by airlines more quickly, immediately access the available re-protection options, and confirm with their clients the chosen option on the spot, without prior revalidation by FRAM when the processing is automated.

The aim is to shorten processing times for cases while allowing the tour operator’s teams to focus on the more complex scenarios. When automatic processing is not feasible, the file is forwarded to the Service Avant Départ.

In this initial phase, the tool covers Stay dossiers for which a reprotection solution is available. Other cases will continue to be handled by FRAM teams.

FRAM: empowering agencies with autonomy and responsiveness

The group plans a gradual scaling of the system. By the end of 2026, nearly all FRAM and Plein Vent files affected by this type of processing should be integrated into Selfcare.

« Our partners asked for more autonomy and responsiveness when a flight is canceled.

Selfcare directly answers this expectation. It is a useful innovation, built from their feedback. And this is only the first step: we will continue to enhance Selfcare in the coming months
», states Cyrille Fradin, president of Groupe Karavel-FRAM.

Up to 50 euros covered per person in case of air re-protection

In parallel with this technological evolution, FRAM announces a commercial measure aimed at reducing the financial impact of transport changes.

In the event of an air reprotection, the tour operator will now cover up to 50 euros per person for any additional transport costs. This contribution will be directly added to the file to lessen the traveler’s out-of-pocket amount and to facilitate securing departures.

This announcement comes amid a context where air disruptions have heavily strained the entire distribution chain in recent months.

At the Convenc’Tour of the CEDIV held in June, Jean-Christophe Guillin recalled that FRAM had recorded 3,800 PNR cancellations between April 1 and August 31 due to the conflict in the Middle East.

These figures illustrate the scale of the processing to be managed and the need to automate part of the processes.

Visa management is now integrated into the business travel booking journey on Perk. The platform, formerly known as TravelPerk, announces the launch of Entry Ready, described as the first integrated workflow that enables managing and paying for eVisas and electronic travel authorizations without leaving the reservation tool.

The feature automatically analyzes entry requirements from the traveler’s passport details. It then enables initiating a request and settling the associated fees directly within Perk.

Entry Ready is now available to all Perk customers.

The service offers more than 60 eVisas and AVEs thanks to a partnership with Sherpa, a platform specializing in visa solutions.

Sherpa relies on artificial intelligence and more than 350 government relationships to monitor entry conditions. According to Perk, conditions are updated 92% of the time ahead of those of other providers.

The requests processed through Sherpa are also 20% faster than those submitted directly on government portals.

More than 60 eVisas and AVEs available

The deployment of Entry Ready unfolded in two steps.

Since January 2026, Perk automatically displayed the applicable entry conditions for a trip based on the traveler’s passport profile, even before the booking was finalized. This first phase allowed analyzing more than half a million trips and flagging potential visa obligations.

The launch announced on July 23, 2026 adds integrated payment. Travelers can now request and pay for their eVisa or AVE directly at the time of paying for their booking on Perk.

For companies, travel document costs can thus be consolidated on a single line with other travel-related expenses.

A second project born from the Real Work Incubator

Entry Ready is the second project launched by Perk as part of its Real Work Incubator.

The program had already produced Perk Events, an AI-powered module for planning team events, launched in January 2026.
