Disneyland Paris will begin its European recruitment tour in the Lille metropolitan area.
The event will take place at the Novotel Lille Centre Grand-Place, on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 and Wednesday, September 9, 2026, to fill positions in guest services, catering, maintenance, logistics, and private security.
These recruitment days are aimed at a wide range of profiles, from beginners to experienced professionals.
In the services and hospitality-restaurants sector, the company is seeking staff for kitchen, in-room service, bar, reception, ticketing, pool surveillance, as well as customer service advisers fluent in Dutch.
Opportunities are also open in private security trades (security officers and video surveillance operators), with specific prerequisites for certain roles, such as holding a valid professional license, a category B driving license, or proficiency in French.
Additionally, needs have been identified in logistics activities.

The company intends to strengthen its teams with maintenance technicians for attractions and stage equipment, electrical technicians, electromechanics technicians, boilmakers, engineers, as well as craftsmen (plumbers, electricians, painters) and construction executives.
The landscaping trades, particularly gardeners and arborists, are also part of this call for applications.
