FRAM Rolls Out FRAM Signature Clubs and Agencies

Cela fera donc bientôt un an.

Technology, AI, and Clubs: Kepler Travel Takes on a New Dimension

Aer Lingus

« To live happily, let us live hidden ». That’s a motto that suits Kepler Travel well.

Founded in 2014 by Sam Zribi and Selim Kadhi, the travel operator now records an annual turnover of €30 million and a net profit that has hovered in recent years around €1.5 million.

And yet, they are hardly ever in the spotlight. “We are a tour operator specialized in circuits, seaside stays and multi-destination combinations across the world. We work on white-label for mini-networks, coach operators, mass retailers, independent agencies, OTAs, etc.” says Sam Zribi, co-founder of the group and former head of the Tunisia-focused TO Amplitude (Amplitravel). “There, we are in very advanced negotiations with very large distribution networks.”

Kepler Travel, from DMC grouping to tour operator

To endure over time despite successive crises, the TO can notably rely on its model, a precursor for its era. “We did disintermediation before its time,” recalls Sam Zribi.

Originally, Kepler Travel is a consortium of several receptive DMCs. Our president, Selim Kadhi, managed to bring them on board to be able to offer agencies the right product at the fair price.

Brazil, then Costa Rica, Jordan, Oman, Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Panama and finally the Mediterranean basin with Tunisia and Morocco… Kepler gradually expanded its reach worldwide, drawing in, on the other side, OTAs with packaged products offered at very favorable rates.

“We don’t take a margin on these products,” explains Selim Kadhi, president and co-founder of Kepler. “Our revenues come directly from the activity of the DMCs in which we are either shareholders or partners. Hence our strong operational mastery of price and product.”

New destinations in South America are expected to join the TO’s catalog soon.

Tailor-made products for every client

One of Kepler’s additional strengths, beyond competitive pricing, is its ability to offer differentiated products to each client, especially for groups or GIRs.

“Some fellow TOs have fallen into wholesale industrialization. They no longer have time for bespoke solutions. That’s why you see the same product in the mass market.

We, we try to target the distributor by creating for them their own circuit. We even have a dedicated team for bespoke services,

” notes Sam Zribi. “We have remained artisans.”

This is also the advantage of having teams on site. “We deliver within 24 hours. Moreover, with us the product manager is also the salesperson. He plays a forward-looking, production, and sales role. His end-to-end mastery is our strength, as his relationship with buyers across different networks is direct,” adds Sam Zribi.

Additionally, to always stay one step ahead in production, the B2B tour operator has set up an internal service charged with observing evolving client purchasing behavior: length of stays, booking lead times, etc.

In total, Kepler employs about ten people at its Paris headquarters, across the air, commercial and management areas. Support functions — back office, call center, collections — are located abroad.

Today, the TO counts between 200 and 300 partner agencies. “We work well with coach operators because we offer departures from the provinces,” adds the co-founder. Kepler is also known in the French-speaking markets — Belgium and Switzerland — as it offers departures from Geneva and Brussels.

A cutting-edge technology tool

Another strong point of the travel operator: its technology. “During Covid, we developed our tool to become one of the best on the market,” comments Kristania Karci, Deputy General Manager in charge of commercial and production at Kepler.

Today, we sell highly dynamic packages with transfers, land arrangements (i.e., hotel stays), and air travel, all while being connected to five airline APIs simultaneously. We have also recently become NDC.

It should be noted that on the air side, the TO charters flights during the summer, notably to Tunisia.

The next project concerns artificial intelligence. “We believe that within 5 to 10 years, the model of the classic tour operating, with strong commitments to air and land, will wear out. The upcoming Generation Z consumes in a different way. So, to keep the customer at the heart of our strategy, we have surrounded ourselves with the best in technical and IT. We are developing our own AI to automate as much as possible our sales processes,” continues Kristania Karci.

“We are a classic TO with the tools of tomorrow,” she sums up.

Kepler launches its wellness-focused club concept

Beyond its TO activity, Kepler also runs a travel agency in Palaiseau (91). There, it markets, among other things, ferry crossings to the Maghreb.

But the big novelty remains the launch of the first vacation club made by Kepler, entirely dedicated to well-being. Opened on July 1, within the Yadis Djerba 5-star, the Oléo Experience Family club offers a premium experience designed around family, well-being, and local immersion.

On the program: daily yoga, parent-child activities, sensory experiences, culinary workshops, and discovery of Tunisian culture.

“We have been working on this project for two years,” notes Kristania Karci. “Tunisia being ranked the second destination for thalassotherapy after France, we know they have the know-how to help us launch this new brand, which our distributor clients have asked us for,” adds Selim Kadhi.

After Djerba, the group already intends to position its Oléo brand in other countries, “by partnering with brands such as Iberostar, Magic Life (TUI), Melia,” lists the TO’s co-founder.

With all these projects on the drawing board, Kepler Travel has decided to recruit a familiar figure from the agencies to gain visibility. For a little over a month, Stéphane Michaut (formerly Naar Voyages) has been named Director of BtoB Development.

“Kepler has all the makings of a great company: solid production, technology that truly stands up, an adapted business model, and above all people who know their trade to the tip of their fingers,” summarizes the new director. It is now his mission to attract new distributors!

The Kappa Club brand is adding seven new openings this season. Among the major new developments is the brand’s arrival in Malaysia, with the Kappa Club Rebak Island Resort & Marina 5*.

The program also expands to Vietnam and Mauritius, with the Kappa Club Wess Les Salines 5*.

Panama also returns to the collection, while new addresses are offered in Tunisia, Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

Club Coralia continues its development

Club Coralia accueille également sept nouvelles adresses.

Jet Tours gears up for the launch of three new clubs [ABO]

« We are generally growing. Since the start of the year, we have not been in a downward trend. For the group, spring was inevitably challenging and, even though the situation improved in June, July and August, it is not possible to speak of catch-up at this stage.

However, for Jet tours, since the beginning of the year, we have essentially doubled
», confirms Bryce Arnaud-Battandier, Chief Executive Officer of NG Travel, interviewed by TourMaG.

More than half of Jet tours’ sales are now made through travel agencies and, above all, “growth is happening through the agencies,” notes the CEO.

At its launch, the group had set an ambitious objective: €150 million in B2B revenue within three years, then €180 million within five years. „ We are maintaining this ambition to reach €150 million in three years,” he confirms.

Jet tours prepares the launch of three new clubs

To continue this momentum, Jet tours will strengthen its offering.

This summer, the brand had three clubs: Club Jet tours Ostria Resort & Spa 5* in Crete, Club Jet tours Khaolak Marriott Beach Resort & Spa 5* in Phuket, Thailand, and Club Jet tours Anaya Zanzibar 5*.

« The Zanzibar club, owned by NG Travel, performed particularly well », says the CEO, and « the outlook for the winter is very positive ».

Jet tours thus prepares the launch of three new clubs – already signed – which are due to be online in the coming weeks. The objective is for the entire new offering to be fully operational no later than the IFTM show.

The new locations should reinforce NG Travel’s desired positioning: a premium-scale club with particular attention given to dining, sport and families.

The group particularly intends to differentiate itself with sporting services and coaching, but also with clubs tailored for children and teenagers.

« For us, there is really room for premium club experiences. We must excel in the quality of our service and products, because agencies expect flawless service.

This is a positive demand, but it is also why we did not want to move too quickly,
» explains Bryce Arnaud-Battandier.

The innovations presented for the IFTM

Another development axis: the Jet tours Signature line.

The brand had built a portfolio of around 70 products. It will now undergo a partial renewal of the catalog to retire underperforming items and to incorporate new ones.

The principle remains unchanged: select high-quality hotels, negotiate favorable pricing, and above all offer clients exclusive privileges.

Depending on the establishments, these can take the form of an upgrade, an excursion, a massage or other experiences. « We see that it works very well ».

The same logic applies to the tours: Jet tours will continue developing its production.

The brand keeps its small-group circuits, limited to 20 people, with French-speaking guides and a quality pledge. But it will continue to develop its “Essentials” range in parallel.

Everything will be unveiled at the IFTM, where Jet tours intends to present all of its winter novelties.

40% of sales are already for the winter season

For the summer of 2026, last-minute sales boosted activity: 50% of clients booked their summer stay less than 30 days before departure, compared with 25% a year earlier.

«Ultimately, our job is to ensure hoteliers that our clients will arrive, but they are a bit more last minute», explains Bryce Arnaud-Battandier. «On the flight side, we bear some risk, but we have also worked a lot on flexibility.

There was still quite a bit of capacity on the market at perfectly reasonable prices. It was positive for our clients and it allowed us to maintain very fair rates.
»

The booking window was halved: families booked on average 58 days before departure (versus 90 in 2025) and couples 54 days before (versus 84 in 2025).

The average vacation budget remained broadly stable, at €1,557 per person. Greece tops the list with 35% of departures, ahead of Spain (20%) and Tunisia (15%). Together these destinations account for 70% of departures, with Crete particularly favored, as Jet tours notes in a press release.

After a summer dominated by last-minute bookings, the trend reverses for winter with more forward planning.

At Jet tours, 40% of sales already concern the winter season. In the destination ranking, Egypt shows a particularly pronounced comeback. Zanzibar is also among the winter’s strong destinations. The success of the in-house product, the Club Jet tours Anaya, notably drives sales. Finally, the Canaries complete this trio.

CroisiEurope

As the summer season approaches, Villages Clubs du Soleil announces a broad recruitment drive with more than 200 seasonal positions available, mainly in its mountain establishments.

According to the press release, 170 positions remain to be filled at the mountain Villages Clubs, complemented by about 30 positions on the coast. The operator is seeking candidates for contracts lasting two to six months, spanning from May to October, particularly in “the kitchen and early childhood” sectors.

The openings cover a wide range of trades. Among the profiles sought are nursery assistants, early childhood educators, chefs de partie (station chefs), dining-room managers or supervisors, and bartenders.

Recruitment in the Mountains and by the Sea

These recruitment efforts target several destinations, notably in Savoie, the Hautes-Alpes, Haute-Savoie, and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, as well as certain coastal and urban sites, such as Marseille.

Beyond operational needs, Villages Clubs du Soleil highlights its commitments in human resources. The company states it welcomes and integrates 100 % of new arrivals and trains nearly 2,000 employees each year. It also emphasizes promoting from within, with 70 % of managers coming from its ranks.

The group also emphasizes working conditions that include access to some services offered to clients, such as sports activities or wellness spaces.

Villages Clubs du Soleil additionally states that it is developing initiatives to promote youth employment and support for those in integration programs, notably through partnerships with Local Missions.

The company also states that 100 % of positions are open to people with disabilities, with appropriate accommodations, and notes that a dedicated mission has been established to assist these recruitments and their integration.
